SHIPPING

o.r.a.n.a is a one woman show! hand-making and packing every order personally. Because each piece is made and processed with care from Byron Bay, orders are shipped on set days each week — every Monday and Wednesday. This gives me the time to prepare your one-of-a-kind piece properly.

DELIVERY
All orders are sent within Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. Delivery times vary by location; please allow standard Australia Post transit times from the date of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL
Shipping to USA, UK, europe and Nz

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. As every piece is one-of-a-kind and final sale, please check all product details, measurements and sizing before purchasing.
